To celebrate the Chinese Zodiac Year of the Dog 2006, I came up with the concept of a project where we capture owners and their dogs throughout London as part of my presentation to the interview panel for my new Community Projects Curator post at Platform for Art.

With the collaboration of the Photographers’ Gallery the project grew to ten portraits of dogs and their owners by photographer Suki Dhanda.

These photographs were displayed in 1200 poster frames at London Underground stations across zones 1 & 2 for two months including a large-scale advertising hoarding at Camden Town station and video screens at major central hubs.
